I previously inquired about selection criteria and a process for handling the cannabis industry in Watertown. Given the insufficient response from Administration, at the May 28 Town Council meeting I made a formal referral to the Economic Development and Planning Committee: “Qualifications or Conditions, and Application and Review Process for Operating a Marijuana Establishment, Possibly for Both a Community Host Agreement and Adult-Use Marijuana Establishment License”.
