The owner-partners of 101 North Beacon (former AA Rental) have agreed to an additional community meeting on site for the neighborhood, at 6:30PM on Wednesday June 26. They are distributing flyers, particularly to Irving, Ladd, Riverside and N. Beacon Sts.

They would like to share how the project has evolved from the initial concept, in response to input from residents and staff since April 30, and in a collaborative spirit to hear concerns before the public July 10 Planning Board meeting (TBA), followed by ZBA. It is helpful to hear what folks like best in addition to worries. Updated plans were just posted to the town website.

This is also the first redevelopment project on N. Beacon, so the Town staff has some more decisions to make about impacts on infrastructure and future planning, and developers also have some questions for their site. Public input will also be considered at Planning and Zoning Boards next month.
