Phase 5 RE: Building G, Boylston Properties and The Wilder Companies will hold a Community Meeting to review and update the community on the status of Building G; discuss a change in use for the building, from Residential to Office/Lab, and overall massing, design, and the building’s location relative to the Charles River, Town-owned Arsenal Park, and project’s Building F. Building G, as now proposed, would contain approximately 140,000 SF of Lab space plus an additional 50+/- below grade parking spaces.
