Housing Partnership RE: affordable housing and Assisted Living zoning

See the proposed draft zoning text amendment as of June 13, 2018, to require a contribution of affordable units from Independent Living Facilities. It would also give Assisted Living Facilities the option of providing on-site affordable units or a cash-in-lieu payment. See more online Planning docs.
