"Project is located on a 78,675 SF lot and the scope includes the renovation of an existing warehouse building and the construction of five (5) new structures for residential and commercial use and a public park at the intersection of Pleasant and Waltham Streets. The project will introduce 58 new residential units ranging from studios to 2 bedroom units and approximately 12,500 of new commercial space."
