Watertown News and Watertown Cable Access are hosting the School Committee and Library Trustee candidates in a public forum at the Library. There are five candidates running to fill three seats for a four-year term; one candidate is running to fill the remainder of a four-year term that was vacated early.

There are four candidates running to fill three, four-year term Library Trustee seats. Before the forum, all candidates for Library Trustee and the two-year/remaining term School Committee candidate will have an opportunity to briefly address the audience.

Next week on Oct. 19th the Town Council Candidates will have their turn. Both sessions will be broadcast live via Watertown Cable Access TV, Comcast channels 8, 9, or 99, and RCN channels 3, 13, or 15. The Watertown local election is Tuesday, November 7.
