Two applications for a Registered Marijuana Dispensary (RMD), (1) Alternative Therapies Group at 36 Arlington Street  (2) NS AJO Holdings, Inc. at 23 Elm Street; and Consideration of a Zoning Amendment, or a Potential Regulation Addressing Registered Marijuana Dispensaries (RMD’s), Including but not Limited to the Possibility of Requiring a Minimum Distance between RMD’s.   (S.
